Upside Realty’s affiliate Upside Management was founded in the midst of the deepest economic recession in Puerto Rico in half a century. Our first project was a completely vacant three story building in risk of foreclosure, which under our management and supervision became the headquarters for the first co-working space in San Juan, Piloto 151 (and the culinary hot spot Pio Pio).  We strive to maximize value by always looking for the best use for each property taking into consideration neighborhood and tenant cohesion.
